I obtained a quote for a repair of a slow puncture, which was less than expected, and booked an appointment for later in the day. Puncture found quickly traced to the valve. Valve replaced plus wheel rim ground smooth and sealed. Other tyres checked and all completed at the quoted price and relatively quickly. Wish I had done it earlier rather than pump up the tyre every few weeks for the last couple of years.

Great company with a focus on the customer. I was cautious of having my diamond cut alloys damaged when the tyres got changed - that did not happen here. I won't be using the mainstream tyre places again. J&J ordered four Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 run flat tyres, turned out I only needed two - was not a problem at all. Very happy.
My car had a puncture and was completely flat. Despite it being the Friday before a bank holiday weekend, my car was booked in and ready to collect again within a couple of hours. They even offered to check it and fix the problem while I waited if if I wanted. I cant fault their service.

A great experience from start to finish. Really helpful on the phone in sourcing some hard to find tyres, and very friendly and efficient fitting too - they were incredibly careful with the car and wheels. Makes a refreshing change to see a tyre centre inflate tyres to the correct pressure and tighten them up properly with a torque wrench rather than an air wrench! Highly recommended.
